PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Standard orders are typically fulfilled within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Processing times for custom, handmade, or pre-order pieces may take longer. Any extended processing details will be listed on the product page or in your order confirmation email.
You will be charged at the time your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 via UPS Mail Innovations, delivered by USPS.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs, and FPOs will be sent via USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At ColeHeartJewels, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only for eligible items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
• unused
• unworn
• in their original packaging
Final sale items, including custom or personalized pieces, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Please contact us before mailing back any item for exchange.
