REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ColeHeartJewels, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. ColeHeartJewels does not issue refunds. Eligible merchandise may be exchanged in accordance with the terms below.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

You may request an exchange within seven days of the date your order was delivered.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Items purchased using a final-sale promotion

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Before returning an item, please contact ColeHeartJewels through our website with your order number and reason for the exchange.

Approved items must be mailed back within seven days of receiving exchange authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued for the eligible merchandise value.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost for the replacement item. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. ColeHeartJewels is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during shipping.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, ColeHeartJewels will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.

ColeHeartJewels reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
